Ahead of the 2015 election, the goal of the social alliance is to clear economic and social issues that are on the agenda. The event was based on interaction between the various organizations within the social alliance, the conference participants, among them are socio-economic experts, and representatives from the entire political spectrum.

When coming to examine the critical issues facing the Israeli society, a discussion was needed in order to determine whether a real change is achievable via a government budget re-prioritizing or alternatively, a more thorough and comprehensive change of the taxing system and composition.

Two subjects were given special emphasis:
1. The labor market and social security.
2. The Cost of living and housing prices.

In addition, based upon the various parties platform and their propositions, we chose to focus on 4 main subjects: housing, health, education and food.
