In the age of globalization and multicultural societies, creating innovating yet doable models of the welfare state is of major importance for most social-democrat movements. This issue stood at the center of the seminar that was organized by the Macro Center, FEPS, Jean Jaures Foundation and Karl Renner Institute.

The seminar gathered leading experts and decision makers in order to analyze and propose a new social model which integrate the challenges of the world economy and a sustainable growth in multicultural societies. 

The seminars summary and conclusions will be handed to decision makers.
