IEPN presents the Summary Paper of the Annual IEPN Meeting held in Herzliya "After 50 Years - No Future for Two Peoples? What must be done to Build Peace?" on June 28-29, 2017.
The annual meeting focused on the obstacles for Peace 50 years after the Six-Day War (1967) and the role of the EU and the international community in removing these obstacles and preserving the prospects for Peace.

The Paper consists of three contributions written by European and Israeli researchers. The first part is a General Overview of Israeli-European Cooperation (Nathanson, Lehrer, Munin). Two other chapters were added reflecting the state of EU-Israeli relations from an European Perspective (The state of EU-Israel Relations: An appraisal from a European Perspective, Dr. Costanza Musu) and from an Israeli perspective (The current state of EU-Israel bilateral relations: Is the glass half-empty or half-full?, Prof. Alfred Tovias).
This paper tries to define the historical path in which the settlements were created and constructed. In addition there is an analysis of the total value of the buildings and infrastructure constructed in the settlements, their budgets and demographic characteristics.
