Martha Shtapura Ifrah

Martha holds a master's degree in educational counseling from the University of Haifa and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Baruch College in New York. Martha has a special interest in migration, intercultural counseling, and intercultural communication and has experience in leading interfaith and intercultural dialogue groups and advising diverse populations, and qualitative and quantitative research on these issues. At the Macro Center, Martha is the Director of the International Academy of Work program, in collaboration with the Hans-Bockler Foundation and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College. This program is intended for young Israelis and Germans and deals with issues of work studies, communication, economics, and leadership.
